Things to Note

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We do ask when booking to let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements you or your guests may have. Most dietaries can be catered for given the requirements fit within our style of menu and we have at least 24 hours notice. Please note guests that require a no seafood option will have a vegetarian substitute. If you do surprise us on the night with a dietary requirement we may not always be able to arrange alternate dishes and some courses may be cut.

YOUNG ONES

School aged children are welcome at Pilot but are required to dine on our degustation menu. We do not have highchairs and cannot accommodate young children in this way. Due to the busy nature of Friday and Saturday evenings we will not have the space to accommodate prams and kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing children under school age. Alternatively consider dining on a Wednesday, Thursday evening or Saturday or Sunday lunch where we can make appropriate arrangements for you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and please reach out if you have any questions.

CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS + BOOKING POLICY

As we are a small venue and do not have a waiting area we do ask to not arrive early for your booking. In the same respect we do ask that earlier tables are vacated within two hours of the booking time as this can be quite difficult to explain on the night. If you or your guests are more than 15 minutes late we will need to start the meal or courses may be cut in order to keep to the timing of the venue and other guests.

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No charge will be made prior to your visit, however a $150 per person cancellation fee may apply for late cancellation within 48hrs from the booking, reduction in diner numbers and no shows. If you do need to cancel outside of 48hrs there will be no charge. The cancellation period for groups of 6 and over ranges from 72 hours - 1 week.

If you or your guests are feeling unwell please stay home. If you are unable to attend during the late cancellation period due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance a charge will be made and a gift voucher will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
