An evening with…

We are VERY into Australian produced beverages. People that share the same values as we do in terms of farming, production and sustainability is a must. Though we do like to share as much as we can through our wine and beverage list during regular service it is always exciting to spend a night sharing stories and ethos one on one with a producer. That is why we have started the ‘An evening with’ series. This is an opportunity for us to focus on one producer for the evening matched with our Pilot. Menu from chef Malcolm Hanslow.
